After the Conference

What should be done after the conference has finished.

  • collate and send out conference CD and/or DVD, including
    • Papers from each presentation
    • Audio (and video) from each presentation

Handover to next team

  • document the experience, eg update the LCA HOWTO
  • finalise accounts
  • prepare for ghosts
