Contingency Planning

This section holds all the contingency plans, vital information and any other necessary details that may be required in an emergency or when a failure/problem is encountered.

• Emergency Contacts/Procedures - Who do you call/what do you do in an emergency?
• Security - assuring the safety of the conference and its attendees
• Equipment Failures/Problems - What to do when equipment fails?
• Venue Failures/Problems - What do we do when the venue doesn't meet some requirement or expectation?
• Organiser Problems - What do we do if an organiser is unable to take care of their role (for whatever reason)?
• Speaker Problems - What do we do if a speaker is unable to do their talk (for whatever reason)?
• Miscellaneous Problems - Anything that doesn't fall into the above.
