- What proportion of registrations are:

- unpaid (speakers, etc) (rough figures from recent years in Speakers)
- What proportion of attendees come from? These figures are guesses, does anyone have actual figures?

Budget
Typical costs of
- lecture theatre hire, up to $30k, depending on support of the Uni
- speaker dinner, a little more than conference dinner
- conference dinner, $40-$70 per head
- professional delegates networking session, $40-$70
- speaker transport, varies
- speaker accommodation, varies
- morning and afternoon tea: $10 per person per day.
