Registration Desk Requirements

1. Trestle tables (or equivalent) x 3

2. Laptops x 3 (at least for the first few days & then we can probably go down to 2)

3. Complete print outs of the registration list in alpha order by surname in case the network goes down x 3

4. Pens each of different colours for each day (in case the network goes down so we can keep stats) x 6

5. A4 or A5 notepads x 5 and at least 1 x telephone message book (the one that has 4 tear out messages per page & does a carbon copy)

6. A magnetic white board or a corkboard to stick up messages etc (with pins or magnets/markers)

7. Copies of the Melbourne CBD white & yellow pages x 2

8. Chairs behind the desk x 4

9. Chairs in front if someone needs to wait x 3

9. A nice big sign that even geeks can't miss.
