So it looks like we're after something quite nice. Not overly swish but not casual-y.

  • Borsari - Lygon Street

Would have to book out entire restaurant, and am not sur eif they ahve capacity, but AWESOME food!

  • Souk - Chapel Street

Possibly a bit above what we're aiming for, price-wise, but meant to be incredible food.

  • Chapter House - St Paul's Cathedral.

Cocktails Menu: items range from about $2.50pp to say $9.00pp (say for the professional networking session)
Buffet Menu: minimum $65.00pp BBQ Menu: $33.00pp and a $49.00pp option

Also requires transport there and back. Car (or chartered bus?): about 1 hour each way. Met Train: about 1 hour train trip + time to get to station, require zone 1+2+3 ticket
