Venue Failures/Problems
- What is considered a failure?
- Whom do we notify?

Types of venue
- Room/Theatre
- Is it an equipment failure that can be rectified?
- Are spare Rooms/Theatres available?
- Requirements of spare Rooms/Theatres should be similar to the original (they're unlikely to be as good, of course, otherwise we would be using that room to begin with)
- This is likely to be especially problematic for keynotes (and any other sessions with special requirements); there may not be another suitable theatre nearby
